Arkkeus ("Arkkeus", "we", "us") is an independent game studio. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your account and associated data for any Arkkeus game available on the Google Play Store or other platforms.

1. How to request account deletion

To request the deletion of your account and associated data, send an email to:

Please include the following in your email:

• The name of the Arkkeus game you play.
• The username or email address associated with your account.
• A brief confirmation that you wish to delete your account and data.

2. What happens next

• We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days.
• We may ask you to verify your identity to protect your account.
• Once verified, your account and associated data will be deleted within 30 days.
• You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

3. Data that will be deleted

Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your account profile (username, email address).
• Gameplay progress, saves, and preferences.
• Gameplay telemetry and crash reports linked to your account.
• Any other personal data we hold about you.

4. Data that may be retained

In some cases, we may need to retain certain data after your account is deleted:

• Transaction records: purchase history may be retained for up to 10 years to comply with tax and accounting obligations under Italian and EU law.
• Legal obligations: data required to comply with applicable laws, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements may be retained for the legally required period.
• Aggregated or anonymised data: data that has been fully anonymised and can no longer identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes.

5. In-game deletion (where available)

Some Arkkeus games may offer an account deletion option directly within the app settings. Where available, this option will initiate the same deletion process described on this page.
