Website: this website is currently a simple presentation site. It does not require an account and does not set marketing cookies. We may use privacy-respecting analytics (for example, aggregate visit counts) to understand how the site is used; if we do, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

Games: depending on the game, we may process:

• account information (username, email) if the game has accounts;
• gameplay telemetry and crash reports, to diagnose bugs and improve the game;
• purchase information processed by the platform or payment provider;
• basic device and technical information (device type, operating system, language, IP address).

Each game's in-product documentation will describe exactly what that game collects.

3. Why we process your data (legal basis)

• Contract: to provide the Services you have requested (for example, running your game account).

8. Children

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No internet service is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
